An Observation in Time...

We are back to unknown flower again. I think Maureen has changed her mind on the type of flower from the last time I posted this. However, this is not the purpose of this post. I took this picture around the 15th of this month. Last week we had a little cold snap. If you are from the south it was more like an artic blast! The temp's dipped into the low 30's three nights in a row.

Ten days latter...

The weather can be cruel...

Of course it's back to high 50's at night and a nice 75 in the day, but the damage has been done.

~sigh~

I can't wait for spring!

Just an observation...

Nature can be so cruel at times, but then spring arrives and everything blooms and we forget the past beakness.

we forgot to cover our hibiscus and now they are dead as a doornail. Oh well, the good news is it killed a lot of mosquitoes as well.

I hope and pray that the day will come that you will see your dream career come true...for I believe you have what it takes!

That's a really interesting progression, thanks to the weather.

Pretty much the same thing happened in my garden this week - but not because of the cold. The intense heatwave and the bushfires were a deadly combination!
